Where are your warehouses located?
We have three warehouses located in Dongguan, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. Wchose these locations because they are in the heart of China’s manufacturing center, allowing us to easily receive goods from factories and ship them worldwide.
How big are your warehouses?
We have 3,000 square meters of warehouse space. In other words, that’s enough space to store approximately 20,000 medium-sized boxes of products.
Do your warehouses have a constant temperature and humidity system?
Yes! We have separate areas for different types of products. Electronics and beauty products are stored in the constant temperature and humidity areas. A few years ago, a customer’s makeup was damaged by high temperatures, and I learned this lesson firsthand—it will never happen again!
What are your business hours?
Our warehouses operate Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM China time. However, please be assured that we provide 24/7 security, and I can arrange for expedited shipments to be processed after hours if necessary.
What exactly does this "90 days of free storage" mean? Are there any limitations?
There are no restrictions! Every new customer gets 90 days of completely free storage.
We do this because I want you to experience how we operate without any financial pressure. After 60 days, if you’re satisfied (and most customers are), we’ll charge price of $0.50 per cubic meter per month.
How is the storage fee calculated?
We charge by cubic meter, not by weight. So, if your product is light but bulky (like a pillow), your fee will be the same as a heavy but smaller item (like a phone case). We think this is better than charge by weight. We’ll measure your shipment upon arrival and provide an accurate calculation.
Are there any hidden fees I should know about?
Absolutely not. We hate hidden fees! Here are all the fees you’ll pay:
Storage Fee: $0.50/cubic meter/month (after the free period)
Receiving Fee: $0.20/unit
Pickup and Packing Fee: $0.80/order
That’s it. Shipping costs are covered by us, we don’t markup.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer tiered discounts of up to 30% if you store over 100 cubic meters for more than 6 months.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! Our logistics partners cover over 200 countries and territories. Some remote locations take longer, but we can get your products almost anywhere.
How long does shipping take? A: Depends on the service:
- Express (UPS/FedEx/DHL): 4-7days
- Air freight: 5-7 days
- Economy shipping: 8-15 days
- Budget options: 15-30 days I always recommend balancing cost and speed based on your customers’ expectations.
Can customers track their packages?
Yes! Every shipment gets a tracking number, and we provide tracking links. Our logistics partners have good tracking systems, so customers can see exactly where their package is.
What about customs and duties?
We handle all export paperwork from China. Import duties in the destination country are typically the recipient’s responsibility, but we can arrange DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service if you want to include duties in your shipping cost.
Do you offer insurance on shipments?
Yes, we offer insurance on all shipments. For high-value items, I always recommend it. The cost is usually 1-2% of the item value, and it gives everyone peace of mind.
